Adding your personal SMTP Settings allows the ArchAgent Dialer to send emails directly out of your personal email address. Activating this option, greatly increases the deliverability of emails compared to using our built in proxy server. It also ensures that any responses are sent directly back to your email ensuring you do not miss any follow-up opportunities.
Adding SMTP Settings
First login to your email provider and find your SMTP settings. In particular you will need your Username, Password, Mail Server, and SMTP Port. Once you have these settings:
- Login to your account at https://portal.archagent.com
- Click on "Leads -> PowerDialer -> Settings"
- Click on "Email -> SMTP Settings"
- Enter in your From Email, Email Username, Email Password, Email Hostname, and Port
- Click Submit
The system will then test the connection and if the settings are correct, you will receive a verification email. Once you click on the verification link, you can begin sending emails immediately.
