With your new ArchAgent PowerDialer account you will be assigned a proxy number from the area code of your choice. This number will be displayed on outbound calls and any return phone calls will be forwarded to your selected number.
Adding a New Caller ID
- Login to the portal at https://portal.archagent.com
- Click on `PowerDialer` -> `Settings`
- Click on `User Caller IDs`
- Choose `+ ADD NUMBER`
- Choose the Area Code you want the number assigned
- Click Submit
- Click ADD FORWARDING NUMBER
- Enter your 10-digit phone number
- Click ADD
