6 Configure Integration Settings

  • Sync All Leads option:
    • Checked: All leads will automatically be passed to CINC
    • Unchecked: You'll need to manually send leads after calling and qualifying them
  • Generate Random Email Addresses option:
    • Check this box if CINC requires email addresses to create new records
    • This will generate placeholder emails for leads without email addresses

How to Sync Backdata Through Data Integration

Important: When syncing historical data, be mindful of your CINC instance's capacity and potential duplicate lead issues. It's recommended to sync historical data in smaller batches rather than all at once.

Verifying the Connection

To ensure your integration is working properly:

  1. Check the status indicator on the Data Integrations page - it should show "Active"
  2. Create or update a lead in ArchAgent and verify it appears in your CINC Pro CRM
  3. Check the activity logs in both systems to confirm data is flowing correctly. You can view the data integration logs for any particular listing inside of the Detail view under Data Integration history

Managing Your Integration

You can manage your integration at any time by returning to the Data Integrations section. Options include:

  • Temporarily pausing the integration by unchecking "Is Active"
  • Updating synchronization settings
  • Refreshing the connection if needed
  • Disconnecting the integration entirely

Troubleshooting

If you encounter issues with your integration:

  • Verify your CINC credentials are correct and your account has API access permissions
  • Check that the "Is Active" option is checked
  • Ensure your internet connection is stable
  • Try disconnecting and reconnecting the integration
  • Contact ArchAgent support if problems persist

Conclusion

By connecting ArchAgent to your CINC Pro CRM via our API integration, you've significantly streamlined your lead management workflow. Now you can focus more on building relationships and closing deals, while the systems handle the data transferring automatically in the background.
